Its guava season here in @zaytunafarm so we are making guava vinegar.
Its a fruity vinegar that will take 2.5-3 months to be ready, slit or cut the guava cover with water, add a bit of raw apple cider vinegar and mix for first week once a day, after that stir occasionally until ready.
I put a plastic bag full of water on top of it to keep the guava under the water then cover with muslin. #permaculture #foodforest
